1. Xuân Thành Beach
Heading from North to South, the first coastal destination in Hà Tĩnh that must be mentioned is Xuân Thành Beach, located in Xuân Thành commune, Nghi Xuân district, Hà Tĩnh province.
Xuân Thành captivates visitors with its pristine, mysterious, and romantic scenery of mountains, forests, and endless ocean. The sand at Xuân Thành Beach is smooth and white. Particularly, the beach features the Mỹ Dương freshwater stream originating from the Hồng Lĩnh mountain range, flowing parallel to the beach. The stream is not deep but never runs dry. On both sides are lush green vegetation, a characteristic feature of Xuân Thành Beach that is not found everywhere.
The seawater at Xuân Thành is moderately salty, clear, and very clean. The surface of the water acts like a giant mirror with the Eye and Fish islands adding to the picturesque natural scenery. Stretching for miles, the white sand, emerald sea, and vibrant green vegetation blend together to create a lively painting.
2. Thạch Hải Beach - Thạch Hà, Hà Tĩnh
About 17 km from the center of Ha Tinh city lies Thach Hai Beach, a 30-minute drive away. Upon reaching Thach Hai, tourists will be able to admire the flat beach, clear water, pure white sand, and gentle waves blending into the rustling sound of the vast green casuarina forest stretching over 10 km. Heading about 7 km northeast is the famous site of Quynh Vien - Nam Gioi. Quynh Vien Resort officially began its business operations in 2016. It is a pristine peninsula with majestic natural scenery amidst Nam Gioi mountain, associated with the folk legends of Chu Dong Tu and Tien Dung, overlooking Thach Hai Beach.
To preserve the perfect beauty bestowed by nature, the investor and architects of the resort area have divided it into two zones. Each zone has its own advantages and services, but overall, they harmonize well with the existing terrain to create a close connection with nature.
Zone A comprises 12 high-end resort villas with 48 rental rooms. The villas are inspired by and built in the style of traditional wooden and stone stilt houses crafted by local artisans. Each villa has 4-8 sea-facing bedrooms.

3. Xuân Hải Beach
Located 24 km south of Xuân Thành is Xuân Hải Beach in Thạch Bằng commune, Lộc Hà district, Hà Tĩnh province. Arriving at Xuân Hải Beach these days, one can see an increasing number of tourists flocking here. Visitors can enjoy swimming and indulge in the characteristic seafood dishes of the Thạch Kim estuary area, the Thịnh Lộc sandbar, at very reasonable prices.
Stretching 12 km along the coast, Xuân Hải Beach is carefully bordered by long stretches of sandy beaches and casuarina forests that extend deep into the mainland. Thạch Bằng Beach is considered one of the beautiful, clean, and flat beaches in Hà Tĩnh. The sea is clear, moderately salty, with no dangerous whirlpools or currents. Being quite far from residential areas, the beach remains clean and retains its pristine beauty.
In Thạch Bằng, there are not many guesthouses and hotels, with just over 200 rooms available. However, the tourism area in Lộc Hà district has the capacity to accommodate and serve thousands of overnight guests every day. You can totally choose Xuân Hải Beach as a reasonable weekend relaxation destination for the whole family.
4. Ky Xuân Beach
Ky Xuân commune, Kỳ Anh district, Hà Tĩnh is blessed by nature with a beautiful 12 km coastline. Just coming here, tourists will surely be amazed and quickly enchanted by the gentle and romantic seaside scenery. The sea is clear, cool, with many rock formations, and gently sloping sandy beaches. Additionally, there are brackish water streams that divide the border according to the tide.
Above are casuarina forests and mangrove forests towering to block the wind and waves. Far offshore, about 4-5 nautical miles away, are Én and Bớc islets, acting as a protective barrier for fishermen from generation to generation. Especially, the beach leans against pristine mountains such as Tượng Lĩnh, Vàng, Sơn Tịnh... alongside quaint fishing villages, making the landscape even more attractive and charming.
