Among them, Lien Tri Temple lies at the foot of Mount Thi Vai, serving as a resting place for pilgrims before ascending 1,340 steps to reach Linh Son Buu Zen Monastery at the summit. Meanwhile, Hong Phuc Temple, or Trung Temple, is dedicated to venerating the merits of Most Venerable Thich Tri Duc. Adjacent to the main temple is Quang Minh Hall, housing a statue of Bodhisattva Maitreya seated on a lotus placed atop a dragon's back.

Belonging to the Northern Buddhist sect, according to historical records, Madame Le Thi Nu was the first to meditate on the mountaintop, hence the name Thi Vai. After surviving an ordeal later, which was when Nguyen Phuc Anh, later known as King Gia Long, bestowed upon her the title of Linh Son Holy Mother, establishing Linh Son Buu Zen Monastery.
