In early 2020, Rules of Survival officially introduced two new characters, Surreal Dream and Surreal Boy, to all battlefields, each with their unique special abilities. Hence, the Rules of Survival 8/1 update only addresses minor issues from the previous update.

1. New Content
- Conclusion of Christmas Event
+ Rewards for Christmas activities will be sent via Mail.
- Hero Update
+ Introducing an enhanced Hero system: Players select a hero to participate, accumulate EXP points for that Hero. When EXP reaches a certain level, it will be upgraded, receiving Star Coins, Training EXP after leveling up.
2. Bug Fixes
- Fixed display issue with Season 10 Icon.
- Fixed display issue with Survival Crate Chests.
- Fixed issue where some players couldn't receive corresponding items from the Lucky Carnival Roulette.
- Fixed Conmetias skill: Sometimes projectiles fired from the Drone Cannon/ Comet Cannon were blocked by the Cometias character.
Payload x War Mode is a new gameplay mode set to be added to PUBG Mobile survival game, allowing players to use aircraft attack rocket launchers and other heavy weapons, unlimited respawns in PUBG Mobile, blending the two best gameplay modes of shooting games.
