2. Dookki Restaurant System in Hanoi
In response to the love from our customers and to delight the young Vietnamese community passionate about Korean cuisine, Dookki has continuously grown and expanded its number of restaurants nationwide. As of now, Dookki has reached the milestone of 30 restaurants across the country. Among them, Hanoi alone accounts for nearly one-third of that number.

Upon stepping into the restaurant, you'll first notice the buffet counter with pre-prepared dishes. Each dining table is carefully set with an informative paper detailing dining etiquette, the menu, and restaurant regulations. Subsequently, the staff will assist you in selecting your food.
A special point here, and it seems those who want to sit and chat for long might not find it suitable. That's because each dining table is only available for 90 minutes, and if there's leftover food, an additional 'environmental protection' fee of 40k/person will be charged. There are many types of seasonings for you to choose from such as: jjajang topokki, hot cream topokki, soup topokki, or mixed topokki. However, don't worry too much because Dookki has prepared a recipe board for 7 different types of hotpot broths right next to the seasoning counter. Just follow those recipes and you'll have a flavorful Korean-style hotpot.

With 7 types of hotpot broths, each with a different level of spiciness, it's best to start with just a little if you're not used to spicy food. But if you accidentally make it too spicy, you can add some fish cake broth to the hotpot to reduce the spiciness and make it even more delicious. But remember, the fish cake broth should be non-spicy.
