How to know if someone has viewed your email
Knowing the status of a sent email helps you understand if the recipient has received and read your email. Follow these steps to easily check the status of your sent email.
Step 1: Checking the status of sent emails needs to be done by a third party, namely the Mailtrack utility. Open your web browser > Look for the Mailtrack extension > Click add extension
Step 2: After successfully adding the extension > Choose log in with your email > Select allow Mailtrack's terms. After successfully logging in, choose the free option when using the extension > Open your email.
Step 3: In your Gmail, you'll see the Mailtrack logo in the top right corner of the screen > Click on the Logo > Enable Mailtrack enabled.
Step 4: Now you can send emails to others > Select sent items > If the recipient has read it, two green checkmarks will appear to indicate that the email has been read.
