In the early part of Minh's story, the family circumstances did not provide him with substantial financial resources to establish a grand hairdressing business from the start. From the age of 18, he took on odd jobs to save a modest amount for his passion. To pursue a career as a hairstylist, he first sought a mentor to learn techniques and gain experience. In 2007 (at the age of 20), Minh decided to borrow 6 million VND from relatives and pooled funds with friends to create a small hair salon named 'Minh Trung' – specializing in both men's and women's hair. This served as the initial foundation for him to build and develop the high-quality Huynh Minh Hair Salon in the Western land today.
