So, who in Honkai: Star Rail can make the most of the 4-piece Great Marshal Troop Tatters effect? It has to be characters with multi-hit consecutive strike abilities. March 7's counter-attack move comes to mind.

Certainly, it doesn't meet this criterion as it inflicts damage only once. Achieving maximum efficiency with Clara is challenging, but characters like Himeko, Jing Yuan, Herta, and Kafka can easily stack multiple buff layers, enjoying significant attack boosts for an extended period until the next consecutive strike.

• Himeko: 4 instances of damage per target. Just 2 targets are enough for the full 8 layers.
• Kafka: 6 consecutive hits on a single target. Gains 36% attack.
• Numby: 7 regular hits and 8 ultimate hits. Gains 42/48% attack.
• Jing Yuan, Herta: Depending on the number of enemies and layers. Accumulating layers is not difficult for Jing Yuan thanks to the rebound effect of Divine Command.

Regarding Topaz, her multitude of consecutive strikes renders the 4-piece set buff unsustainable. However, Numby compensates by effortlessly triggering the full 4-piece set effect with each attack causing multiple instances of damage.

We're all aware of the strength of this effect, as Honkai: Star Rail players widely adopt the 4-piece Quantum set across various DPS characters just to reduce enemy defense by -20%.

Moreover, players with Kafka's 'Just Wait' affix will be delighted to know that the Corrosion effect caused by this luminous helmet is considered a separate DOT damage source. Hence, Kafka alone can stack 2 layers and bypass 12% of the enemy's defense. Adding another DOT character to the lineup (Luka, Sampo, Guinaifen, Serval,... and possibly Black Swan in the future) achieves the 'max ping.'

Pursuing this sky-high speed stat is infeasible for the majority of gamers. According to Mytour, we'll heavily rely on support characters to reach the necessary speed milestone, and sacrificing other stats like critical rate or attack is not advisable.

Of course, farming sub-stats remains a pain, and Honkai: Star Rail demands a fully invested team rather than a single character carrying the team. Therefore, distribute resources wisely and avoid concentrating everything on one character.

Honkai: Star Rail's 1.5 second accessory set is the artifact version of Planet Rendezvous, tailored for support characters:

This artifact set faces a small issue: it competes for slots with two already popular and proven effective sets, Forever Young Xianzhou and Broken Frame. If your team utilizes DPS characters that don't scale with attack or require minimal attack, this will be the ideal choice on one of the support characters. Currently (in patch 1.5), only Blade (and Fu Xuan E6) fit these criteria.

However, remember that if you replace the Forever Young Xianzhou set, your support character will become noticeably more vulnerable!
