Normally, when using a formula in Excel, the result is displayed in the data cell. Clicking on that cell only shows the formula in the formula bar.
By following the instructions below, instead of seeing the result, you can view all formulas in the data sheet directly in your data cell.
We have three practical ways to display formulas in Excel.
In the first approach, you can open the Formulas ribbon and click on Show Formulas in the Formula Auditing section of this ribbon.

As for the second method, you need to open the File ribbon on the toolbar, then click on the Options tab in the File options list.

The Excel Options function window will appear on the screen immediately. Switch to the Advanced tab of this function window.
Afterward, scroll down to find the section Display options for this worksheet. Choose the desired Sheet and then check the box next to the line Show formulas in cells instead of their calculated results. Click OK to confirm the settings you've just applied.

The third method is to simply use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + `.
All three methods above will result in displaying the formulas used in the spreadsheet directly on the data cells, as shown in the image below.

To print these formulas on paper, just keep them in display mode on the data cells and then proceed to print the data in Excel.
Navigate to the File ribbon on the toolbar and select the Print tab from the File options list, or simply use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P.

You can see the Preview section in the Print mode displaying what will be printed on paper, including the formulas directly shown in the table.
