Preparation:
- Fresh turmeric: 5 bulbs or 15g of turmeric powder
- Fresh ginger: 10 bulbs
- Fresh chili peppers: 20 pieces
- Cinnamon sticks: 2 pieces
- Lemongrass: 5 stalks
- Bunch of green tea leaves: 1
- Vitamin E capsules: 5 capsules
- Gac oil: 20ml
- Liquor: 1 liter
- Distilled water: 1 liter
- Shimmer powder: 20 grams
- Cinnamon essential oil: 10ml
- Roman chamomile extract: 10ml
Instructions:
- Clean and finely chop ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass. If using turmeric powder, prep only ginger and lemongrass.
- Remove seeds from chili peppers and finely slice.
- Rinse and crush cinnamon sticks.
- Thoroughly wash green tea leaves.
- Place all prepared ingredients into a pot, add liquor and distilled water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for a few more hours until the water reduces to about half the pot's depth, then turn off the heat.
- Strain out all solids, retaining the liquid. If using fresh turmeric, you already have turmeric water; if using turmeric powder, add 20 grams of turmeric powder to the water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Next, add shimmer powder and gac oil to the mixture, simmer for a few more minutes until the shimmer powder melts.

- Allow the mixture to cool to about 50 degrees Celsius, warm to the touch, add vitamin E, then use a hand mixer to whip the mixture into a smooth, creamy consistency. If you don't have a hand mixer, you can use a blender instead.

- Then, add cinnamon essential oil and Roman chamomile extract, whisk again until all the mixture blends together.
- Transfer the cream into a jar and use daily. With this cream jar, it's recommended to use within 4 months.
How to use:
Apply the cream to areas with excess fat and massage clockwise for about 10 minutes or longer, then leave it on for the cream to warm up and absorb into the skin. Perform twice daily. You can also wrap your belly with plastic wrap after applying the cream to enhance effectiveness. Do not wash off after applying the cream; although the cream appears yellow, it won't leave a yellow residue on your belly.
You should also be aware that when applying the cream to your skin, you may feel a warming sensation. If your skin is too sensitive, it's advisable not to use it. For normal skin, apply twice a day, combined with exercise, standing still and twisting, continuously swaying side to side several times a day, about 200 times each session. Your belly will quickly reduce fat.
