Instructions
Step 1: Fold a sheet of colored paper in half and cut it into 13 strips with a width of about 1-2cm each.
Step 2: Punch small holes at the neck part (where the paper is folded).
Step 3: Punch holes at the open end.
Step 4: Open the paper strips that you punched holes in and thread the spring through the holes in the folded part of the 13 strips and secure them with tape.
