The theater is constructed with extremely stringent standards for both architecture and artistic performance. The steel frame of the theater is made from pre-engineered steel combined with marine-grade gold-coated paint, providing durability for up to 50 years from Zamil pre-engineered steel plant, a leading steel supplier in the Asia-Pacific region today. In addition to the sturdy steel frame and durable paint suitable for the tropical coastal climate, the theater also features unique spherical pearl-like metal composite structures combined with virtual coral reefs and steel frames, outer walls using sea wave effect paint and mosaic tiles, and a balanced lighting arrangement creating an exterior that is both dazzling and impressive. The space of the theater spans 2500m, and alongside it are other visually stunning virtual reality attractions that attract tourists for check-ins.
