- Slice the ginger thinly using a knife.
Instructions:
Step 1: Place a pot on the stove and add 4 bowls of water along with the thinly sliced ginger.

Step 2: Turn on the stove and boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Step 3: After the ginger water has cooled, strain to remove the residue and add lemon juice from 1 lemon and honey into it.

Step 4: Stir well with a spoon until all ingredients blend together into a homogeneous mixture.
Step 5: Then pour the ginger-lemon water into a glass to enjoy.
