1. Promotional Products and Services: DellTM desktop or laptop products from XPS, Gaming, Inspiron, Vostro model 3000, 5000, and 7000 series with pre-installed Windows 11 or utilizing Intel® CoreTM i3 processor, Intel® CoreTM i5 processor, Intel® CoreTM i7 processor.
This program does not apply to products in project channels or those currently being retailed on the market: Latitude, Optiplex, Precision...
2. Promotion Period: From 01/06/2022 to 15/06/2022.
3. Promotion Scope: At authorized DellTM dealers nationwide.
4. Promotion Target: End consumers when purchasing genuine DellTM laptops, desktops during the promotion period.
5. Promotion Mechanism: Customers purchasing genuine DellTM laptops from XPS, Gaming, Inspiron, Vostro model 3000, 5000, and 7000 series with pre-installed Windows 11 or utilizing Intel® CoreTM i3 processor, Intel® CoreTM i5 processor, Intel® CoreTM i7 processor, distributed through authorized retail channels from Digiworld (DGW), PSD, FPT, ADG, VSC (or NPP Thủy Linh in the northern region) will immediately receive 01 (one) of the following gifts
- 01 (one) electronic phone top-up card worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- Or 01 (one) shopping voucher at VinID worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- Or 01 (one) gift card for use with brands on the website www.gotit.vn worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
The program may end earlier if gifts run out. Customers who complete the registration process early will be given priority for gift redemption.

Gift Redemption Procedure
Customers log in to the website www.dellgiftexchange.com
Step 1: View and Agree to Dell's Privacy Policy
- *Privacy Policy*: The promotion cannot be completed without customer information. Customer data will be securely protected by Dell in accordance with the *Privacy Statement*. To learn more about how Dell uses and protects customer personal data, please visit: *Privacy Statement*.
- To participate in the promotion registration and complete the next steps, customers select *Yes, I have read and agree to the Privacy Statement* to understand customer information security rights as well as how Dell uses and protects customer data.
Step 2: Enter personal information
- Full Name: Buyer enters their full name.
- Mobile Phone Number: A valid phone number of the customer, this number must be the one currently used by the registrant to receive prizes.
- Identity Document: ID card number or driver's license or passport or identification number.
- Service Tag Number: A string of numbers corresponding to a Dell device code, managed by Dell Vietnam, when customers purchase promotional products, dealer staff guide customers to obtain the Service Tag number. Some Service Tags can only be entered once. The Service Tag number participating in gift exchange must be the Service Tag number of the device purchased during the promotion period from 01/06/2022 to 15/06/2022, based on the time indicated on the purchase invoice.
- Complete this step by clicking the “Next” button.
Step 3: Verify the phone number.
- Within a maximum of 05 minutes, the system will automatically send 01 random verification code to the phone number entered in step 2. The content is as follows.
- Users will enter the verification code received from the message, then press the “Next” button. If entered correctly, the system will automatically proceed to step 4.
- In case of entering the wrong phone number, the system will request to enter again. The content is as follows
After verification, customers proceed to step 4.
Step 4: Upload a photo of the value-added invoice; invoice number; invoice date along with information of the selling dealer
- The system requests users to upload a valid purchase invoice image. A valid purchase invoice is a financial invoice containing products corresponding to the Service Tag number.
- The system requests to enter the invoice number, which is the financial invoice number of the order sold from the dealer to the user.
- The system requests selecting the Dealer name from the dropdown list (Dealer name according to the information on the invoice).
- The system requests selecting 01 (one) gift type from the gift list
- 01 (one) electronic phone top-up card worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- Or 01 (one) shopping voucher at VinID worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- Or 01 (one) gift card for use with brands on the website www.gotit.vn worth 500,000 Vietnamese Dong.
- Customers can refer to the usage instructions below after selecting the gift.
- Complete this step by pressing the “Join” button.
After pressing the “Join” button, the system will display a notification dialog box “You have successfully registered your information, please wait for confirmation message from the system”.
Important Note
- Each purchase invoice is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift.
- Each personal document (ID card or driver's license or passport....) is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift.
- Each customer is eligible for only 01 (one) corresponding gift throughout the promotional period.
Step 5: After customers complete the steps to register information on the website www.dellgiftexchange.com, DellTM's customer service department checks the validity of the information within 12 (twelve) hours
If the information is valid, the system will send a SMS message with the registered gift code to the customer's registered phone number.
If the information is invalid, the system will notify the customer of the reason for invalidity via SMS.
In case the dealer does not participate in the program, customers will receive the following feedback message
In case the invoice is invalid (incorrect service tag number), customers will receive the following message
In case the purchase invoice is not within the promotional period, customers will receive the following feedback message
Customers can view detailed regulations regarding the time and gift redemption process on the website www.dellgiftexchange.com. For any other inquiries, please contact: 0981 801 041 (Northern region), 0981 801 042 (Central region), 0981 801 043 (Southern region).
Hotline working hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM from June 01, 2022 to June 15, 2022.
Other Regulations
- The website system www.dellgiftexchange.com will be open to receive customer participation registration information from 8:30 AM on June 01, 2022 to 6:00 PM on June 16, 2022. All registration information outside this period will be considered invalid and will not be confirmed for participation in the promotion program.
- The quantity of gifts in the program is limited, priority will be given to customers who complete the registration process earliest.
- The final deadline for DellTM to be responsible for giving gifts to customers is: 7:00 PM on June 16, 2022. After this time, the Company will not address any cases regarding gift exchange of the program.
- The gifts are non-exchangeable for cash or any form.
- Customers exchanging gifts must bear any additional expenses (food, accommodation, transportation, etc.) to receive the gifts and pay any related taxes (if any) according to the current laws of Vietnam.
- Employees and family members of DellTM employees, official distributors and agents of DellTM, DellTM's advertising company are not allowed to participate in this promotion program.
- With the customer's consent to receive the gift, DellTM has the right to use the customer's name, image, and address for advertising purposes of the program.
- Project products are not eligible for this program.
- In case DellTM suspects the legality of gift reception for any reason of ineligible participants, DellTM has the right to refuse gift distribution.
- All disputes, complaints related to gifts in the promotional program will be resolved in accordance with current Vietnamese law. DellTM is not responsible and will not resolve complaints related to lost, late, and invalid gift documents.
DellTM commits to implementing and fully assuming responsibility for the promotion program in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.
