To download and install macOS High Sierra Beta on your Mac, you first need to register for the Public Beta program.

Step 1: Open the downloaded beta profile. Then, double-click on the package to run the installation.
Step 2: After completing the download and installation process, the Mac App Store will open the Updates section.
Step 3: Next, click on Update to download and install the public beta software. After the software is downloaded, your computer will automatically restart.
Note: In case the public beta profile doesn't appear in the Updates list, restart your Mac, then open the Mac App Store and click on the Updates tab.
