An easy way to create a mind map is to directly use the drawing tools in the Word software. This article provides a detailed guide on drawing mind maps in Word.
Step 1: Go to the INSERT tab -> Shapes -> choose the shape you want to represent on the mind map.
Step 2: Right-click on the object you just drew, select Edit Text to insert text into each component of the mind map:
Resize objects by selecting them and moving with the bidirectional arrows.
In Step 3: Move on to drawing other elements of the mind map. Choose straight or curved lines as you prefer; here, opt for curves: Go to the INSERT tab -> Shapes -> select curve:
In Step 4: After drawing the curve, sketch the attributes of the object. Typically, the attributes of an object are represented by a rectangle.
In Step 5: After creating attributes, assign names to them. Result:
Similarly, illustrate additional attributes of the object with a diagram:
