Having a large and sagging belly is a significant concern for office workers who spend all day sitting at a desk. Currently, numerous rapid weight loss methods are being widely shared online, but not all methods are effective.
Sitting for ten or more hours a day inevitably leads to belly fat accumulation. Despite being considered thin at 1m64 tall and weighing only 49kg, my belly fat remains undefeated. Being skinny but with a stubborn belly fat is a struggle. Fortunately, a colleague at work recommended this method, incredibly simple yet highly effective in burning belly fat. Results vary depending on body weight and metabolism. This natural weight loss method has been proven highly effective in eliminating cholesterol. Simply drink 1 glass every morning to bid farewell to belly fat after 15 days.
Preparation
- 1 kilogram of lemons
- 6 small bunches of cilantro
- Water and baking soda

The combination of lemon and cilantro creates a belly fat reduction formula in just 15 days
Procedure
- Rinse the lemons and cilantro with cold water.
- Take a small bucket filled with 1.5 liters of warm water mixed with 100g of baking soda. Then, pour all the lemons into the bucket of water and let it sit for about 1 hour. This method is used to clean the lemons.
- Next, remove the lemons and let them drain, then slice them into pieces. Chop the cilantro finely.
- Put the lemons and cilantro into a pot, pour in 3 liters of filtered water.
- Simmer over low heat for about 2-3 hours (or use a pressure cooker to save time).
- After cooking, use a strainer to strain the pulp and extract the juice, typically yielding about 1.5 liters of syrup.
- Pour into a bottle to cool, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator.

Usage Instructions
- The amount of syrup obtained is the dosage for 15 days.
- Drink this water every morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait at least 30 minutes after drinking before having breakfast.
Note
- Postpartum women should use this method with caution because excessive cilantro consumption can reduce milk production.
- Consult your doctor before starting if you are taking any specific medication.
- Absolutely avoid sweets, carbonated drinks, alcohol, beer, and cigarettes throughout the weight loss period.
- Drink more than 2 liters of water every day.
- Opt for organic food and stay away from junk food.
