DXOMark: Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G lead the pack in display and camera quality for their category

Samsung has recently unveiled two new smartphones, namely the Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G. Notably, both phones feature enhanced displays, high-quality cameras, and faster processors.

According to a review by DXOMark, both the Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G boast leading-edge cameras and displays in their respective segments. Particularly, the Galaxy A35 5G is praised for having the best display in the sub-10 million VND price range, while the Galaxy A55 boasts the best display among phones priced under 12 million VND.

In tests, the maximum brightness of the Galaxy A55's display reaches 1,638 nits, significantly higher than the Galaxy A54 (1,344 nits) and nearly on par with the Galaxy S23 (1,600 nits). This display also delivers high color accuracy, even under direct sunlight, and is efficient for HDR video playback.

Meanwhile, the display of the Galaxy A35 5G boasts a maximum brightness of 1,620 nits and also exhibits good color reproduction and visibility under strong sunlight. However, there are complaints about unintended touch inputs on the screen.

Regarding the camera, according to DXOMark, the Galaxy A35 5G achieves the second-best camera performance in its price segment, particularly excelling in outdoor photography and video recording.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy A55 ranks 15th in camera performance within its segment. While it performs well for capturing photos and videos in normal conditions, image quality under low light and motion tracking still have room for improvement.
