Manually typing text from an image can be time-consuming. Instead, use the following methods to easily copy text from images.

Method 1: Use Google Drive to Copy Text from Images
Google Drive has a useful feature that you may not be aware of: it allows you to read images through Google Docs. This way, your image will be scanned into text. Moreover, the text detected by Google Docs is highly accurate and has fewer font errors.
Step 1: Access the Google Drive app here and log in to your Google account.
Step 2: On the Google Drive interface, click New >> File Upload.

Step 3: Select the image you want to extract text from >> Open.

Step 4: Your image will be added to the Files section in the Drive interface. Right-click on it and select Open with >> Google Docs.

Step 5: When the image is viewed in Google Docs, you will see the text appear on the image. All you have to do is highlight the text you need, then press Ctrl + C to copy it.

Method 2: Use NewOCR
NewOCR is an online tool that allows you to quickly extract text from an image. From there, you can easily copy the text you desire.
Step 1: Open your web browser, go to the address newocr.com.
Step 2: On the tool's main interface, click Choose File.

Step 3: Select the image you want to copy text from >> Open.

Step 4: Click Preview once the file has been added to the tool.

Step 5: The tool will automatically detect the language in the image as “Vietnamese”. If you find the selected language is incorrect or missing, click on the Recognition language(s) section to select the correct one.

Step 6: Click OCR to extract text from the image.

The text from the image will appear below, simply highlight the part you want and press Ctrl + C to copy it.
If you want to download a Word or TXT file, click Download and select the file you want.
