INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR HOÀNG BÀO FRIED RICE
- Cold rice: 2 bowls
- Dutch peas: 100g
- Carrot: 1/2 piece
- Onion: 1/2 piece
- Brown rice: 50gr
- Baby shrimp: 100gr
- Chicken eggs: 2 pieces
- Seasonings: Fish sauce, salt, seasoning powder, cooking oil
STEPS TO MAKE HOÀNG BÀO FRIED RICE
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients
- Cut baby shrimp into small pieces.
- Peel and dice onions. Peel and dice carrots.
- Boil Dutch peas and diced carrots briefly in boiling water, then drain.

Step 2. Fry the rice
- Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add onions first. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add shrimp.
- When the shrimp starts to firm up, continue to add Dutch peas, carrots, and stir-fry evenly.
- Finally, add the rice and stir-fry together, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce. Stir well for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.

- Beat 2 chicken eggs with some seasoning until well mixed.
