- All-purpose flour: 280g
- Ground pork: 250g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Ginger: 5g
- Kimchi: 120g
- Chives: 50g
- Onion: 1/2 bulb
- Tofu: 100g
- Vermicelli: 100g
Instructions
Step 1: Making the dough
- Sift flour into a large bowl to ensure smooth consistency, avoiding clumps.
- Add ½ teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavor of the dough.
- Gradually pour boiling water into the mixture and knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 2: Making the filling
- Place tofu in a cloth bag, squeeze out excess water. This method prevents the filling from being wet and difficult to wrap.
- Finely chop kimchi and chives.
- Mince onion.
- After blanching vermicelli in boiling water until soft, cut into small pieces with scissors.
- Crush and finely chop ginger and garlic.
- Sequentially add prepared ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Season with: 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, ½ tablespoon pepper, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
