1. Detailed Process of Renting Public Bikes with TNGo
The procedures for bike rental and management will be handled through the TN Go app by both users and the system. Therefore, to rent a bike, you'll need to download the TNGo app and ensure your phone is connected to the Internet.
Step 1: Download the TNGo app from the CH Play or App Store on your phone.

Step 2: After installation, tap Start to use the app => Tap Register to create an account.
Step 3: On the next interface, enter your personal phone number and choose the method to receive the OTP code via Zalo or SMS => Enter the received OTP code as requested.
Step 4: Create a PIN code to secure the TNGo app.
Step 6: On the map interface of the TNGo app, locations for public bike rental will be displayed. You can quickly find rental locations using the search bar.
Step 7: Tap the wallet icon on the search bar to manage your wallet.
Step 8: Here, you can top up your account via e-wallet or ATM card, Visa, etc.
Step 9: At the public bike rental station, press Unlock to scan the QR code on each bike as shown in the image below, and the bike will unlock.
During your journey, you can stop and lock the bike at various destinations. After locking the bike, you can easily unlock it again in the app, unlimited times, only limited by the rental period.
Step 10: After completing your trip, simply go to any TNGo bike station in the city and tap Return bike => Confirm to end your journey.
Step 11: Display successful bike return notification and invoice for the trip.
2. Pricing for TNGo Public Bike Rental
- Unlocking and using the bike for the first 30 minutes costs 5,000 VND.
- After the initial 30 minutes, each additional 6 minutes will be charged 1,000 VND.
- Group tickets apply: Using one account to rent multiple bikes requires a minimum of 20,000 VND in the account for each bike to be unlocked.
- Customers do not need to purchase one-way tickets in advance; simply top up points into the account and scan the QR code on the bike to use it immediately.
