Simple Beef Fried Rice Recipe by Master Chef Gordon Ramsay
Ingredients:
- 200g ground beef
- White rice
- 1 egg
- Green peas
- Red onions, red bell peppers, bok choy, mushrooms, scallions, ginger, garlic
- Other spices: golden black pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, fish sauce

How to make beef fried rice:
Step 1: Rinse the golden bell peppers, red bell peppers, bok choy, mushrooms, and green peas thoroughly. Remove the stems and seeds from the golden and red bell peppers, then thinly slice them. Slice the mushrooms thinly. Roll up the bok choy and thinly slice it. This method will help you shorten the cooking time of the dish.
Step 2: Mix the ground beef with a pinch of salt for seasoning. Heat a pan with a little olive oil, then add the ground beef to the hot pan and stir well. Next, add some finely chopped chili, grated ginger, and garlic, then mix thoroughly with the cooked beef. Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.

Step 3: Next, heat up some oil in the pan, add the prepared vegetables with a dash of soy sauce and fish sauce for seasoning to taste, then add finely chopped scallions, and stir well before transferring to a plate.

Step 4: Crack an egg into a bowl, beat it well with a spoon, then pour it into the hot oil in the pan, add a pinch of salt, and stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5: Then add the rice to the hot pan, use a wooden spoon to stir well so that the egg evenly coats the rice for about 3 minutes. Finally, add the cooked beef and vegetables until the rice becomes slightly crispy and absorbs the seasoning. Then turn off the heat.
