Korean kimchi fried rice (bokumbap or bokkeumbap) is a commonly seen dish in Korean cuisine. This fried rice dish creates a simple meal using two common ingredients: rice and kimchi. It can be customized with additions such as beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, enhancing the flavor and color of the dish.

• Pickled kale kimchi: 1 bowl
• Thinly sliced fresh beef: 200 grams
• Cold rice: 4 bowls
• Fried eggs: 4 pieces
• Light butter or cooking oil: 1 1/2 tablespoons
• Korean red chili paste (Gochujang): 2 tablespoons
• Soy sauce, pepper, brown sugar, sesame oil, mirin
• Garlic, green onions

STEPS TO MAKE KOREAN KIMCHI FRIED RICE
Step 1: Marinate the beef
Thinly sliced beef marinated with 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon mirin for about 15 minutes.

Marinate the beef for seasoning
Step 2: Prepare the other ingredients
Drain kimchi, squeeze out excess liquid, and chop into small pieces


Prepare the kimchi portion
Peel and mince garlic cloves
Clean and finely chop green onions
Peel and slice onions thinly
Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs until cooked, then transfer to a plate.

Fry the eggs, sunny side up or well done, depending on your preference.
Step 3: Fry the rice
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add 2 tablespoons of red chili paste to the skillet.
