Easy Homemade Recipe for Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables
Ingredients for Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables:
– 100g beef
– Vegetables (50g snow peas, 50g carrots, 30g baby corn)
– Garlic, purple onions
– Spices: fish sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, garlic, minced onions…

Preparation of Ingredients:
– Rinse the beef thoroughly, slice thinly crosswise, marinate with 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, garlic, minced onions.
– Marinate the meat for 15 minutes to absorb the seasonings.
– Clean and cut the snow peas, carrots, baby corn into bite-sized pieces.

Steps to Prepare Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables:
Step 1: Stir-fry the beef
– Heat a pan, sauté minced garlic and finely chopped onions in cooking oil, add ½ tablespoon of chili powder (or paprika) for color, then quickly stir-fry the beef over high heat for about 3 minutes. When the beef is cooked through, transfer to a plate.

Step 2: Stir-fry the mixed vegetables
– Continue to sauté minced garlic and chopped onions in cooking oil, then add snow peas, carrots, and baby corn and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
– Season with ½ tablespoon of seasoning powder, ½ tablespoon of MSG, ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, ¼ tablespoon of pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water to taste.

– When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the stir-fried beef and stir quickly for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Avoid overcooking as the beef may become tough.
