Do you want to create delicious, cheesy pizzas but your home lacks an oven or microwave? Don't fret, in this article, Mytour will guide you through making pizza using a non-stick pan. Let's dive in!
1. Pizza Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 150g
- Yeast: 2g
- Tomato sauce: 60g
- Olive oil (or cooking oil): 5g
- Water: 90ml
- Optional toppings, such as sausage, bacon, shrimp, mushrooms, sweet corn, onions, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, etc. However, mozzarella cheese is a must.
- Common spices: Sugar, salt (a pinch)

2. Making Pizza with Non-Stick Pan
Step 1: Mix the Dough
If you're short on time, you can buy pre-made pizza crusts at stores.
However, if you prefer to make the crust yourself, you can follow these steps:
- Mix the ingredients for the crust including flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and olive oil in a large bowl. Then, knead the dough until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mixture. When the dough feels completely smooth, not sticky, and dry to the touch, it's ready.
- After that, wrap the dough tightly with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the dough to rise. Knead the dough again and wrap it with plastic wrap, then let it rest for another 15 minutes.

Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough
Once the dough has rested, roll it out into a circle slightly smaller than the non-stick pan. Use a fork or toothpick to prick the surface of the crust to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
Note: Roll the dough so that the center is thinner than the outer edge of the crust. Pinch the edges to create a barrier to prevent the filling from overflowing.

Step 3: Bake the crust
Heat up the non-stick pan on the stove, turn on low heat, add a little cooking oil and spread it evenly across the pan. Then, place the crust in the pan and cook over low heat until it turns golden brown.

Step 4: Prepare the filling
Place the pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil and heat it up. Stir-fry the corn for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate.
Dice the onions and bell peppers into small pieces.
Dice the sausage finely, then fry until lightly golden and turn off the heat. Prepare other topping ingredients in the same way.

Step 5: Add toppings and bake
Use a spoon to evenly spread tomato sauce over the pizza crust. Next, layer with sausage, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, then layer with toppings like corn, bell peppers, onions,... spread evenly, and add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the pizza pan tightly and cook over the lowest heat setting. After about 5 minutes, when the mozzarella cheese has melted completely, uncover and cook over medium heat for a while to crisp up the crust.

Note: Once you uncover the pan, do not cover it again as it will make the crust soft.
