Ingredients (for 6 cakes):
- 85g all-purpose flour
- 43g sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 43g butter
- 7 eggs
- 80ml fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish and added flavor.
Tools:
- Muffin tray
- Mixing bowl
- Electric mixer
- Pastry brush
Instructions:

- Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together and mix well.
- Melt butter in the microwave. Brush some melted butter onto the muffin tray.

Ingredients:
- Pancake mix
- Eggs
- Cooking oil
- Fresh milk
- Salt
Tools:
- Air fryer
- Cupcake liners
Instructions:
- Mix flour and milk in a 2:1 ratio. Adjust ingredients according to the desired quantity of cakes.
- Evenly coat the inside of cupcake liners with cooking oil.
- Pour the evenly mixed batter into each cupcake liner, filling them about 1/3 full.
