Create a Zalo ID and Username to use instead of your phone number, allowing others to easily find and connect with you via ID.

Zalo ID, also known as Username, is the unique name for a Zalo account. When creating a Zalo ID, users cannot change their Username as it is unique. Currently, there is only a way to create and view Zalo ID on mobile phones; Zalo PC is not supported yet.

Open the Zalo app => Select Profile => Choose View Profile Page => Click the three-dot icon

=> Select Info => Choose Username to create Zalo ID.

Step 1: Update or download the latest version of Zalo here.

Step 2: Open the Zalo app => Select Profile (the person icon at the bottom right corner of the screen).

Step 3: Here, choose View Profile Page => Click the three-dot icon (top right corner of the screen).

Step 4: Select Information on your profile page => Choose Username to create Zalo ID.

Step 5: Enter the Zalo ID you want to create and press Continue => Successful Username creation notification => Select Finish.
