Microsoft has recently officially announced on the support page of the Edge Chromium browser (new version) that there will be no option for users to uninstall the Edge app installed through Windows on the computer. How to Uninstall Microsoft Edge
Currently, after updating the Microsoft Edge software to the new version, you cannot uninstall this application (See illustration).
However, with just a few simple steps below, you can completely uninstall this application, follow me.
Step 1: Press Windows key > Type Command Prompt > Press Run as administrator.
Step 2: Next, enter the command line C:Program Files (x86)MicrosoftEdgeApplication83.0.478.58Installer setup.exe –uninstall –system-level –verbose-logging –force-uninstall > Press Enter and you're done.
