How to Share PowerPoint Files on Your Computer
Step 1: If you've finished your presentation and want to share it immediately with your group members, save your presentation by clicking on File.
Step 2: Next, select the Save As button and choose where you want to save the file for easy access later. After saving the file on your computer, click on the Share button. Then, choose how you want to share it—there are three options: Share with People, Email, Present Online.
