When you shop on TikTok Shop, the app stores the items you've ordered, whether completed or not. You can revisit your ordered items for review or reordering purposes. Here's how to view your TikTok Shop orders on your phone if needed.
How to Check Your Orders on TikTok Shop
Step 1: Currently, TikTok has released a new version with an updated interface and various shortcuts for faster access. To simplify usage, make sure to update the app to the latest version. Here's the update link for your convenience:
Step 2: Once successfully updated, open the app and select the Profile tab located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Here, you'll find a shortcut for My Orders, simply tap on it.
Step 3: You'll then be directed to the TikTok Shop Order Center. To view your placed orders, simply click on View All under Your Orders section. You'll see successful, failed, and cancelled orders along with reasons for cancellation. If you wish to repurchase past orders, hit the Rebuy or Buy Now button to place your order again.
