Learn how to modify the labels or values of a chart's legend entries in Microsoft Excel with this guide.
Steps to Follow
1. Open the Excel spreadsheet you wish to edit.
2. Select the chart you want to modify by clicking on it.
Access the Design Tab in Excel
Navigate to the Select Data Option in the Design Toolbar
Choose a Legend Entry from the List
Utilize the Edit Feature for Legend Entries
Modify Entry Name in the Series Name Field
Input New Values in the Y Values Box
Confirm Changes by Clicking the OK Button
