VNeID, a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Public Security, is based on the national population database. This software assists individuals in declaring health information, entering driver's license details, health insurance card information, and more into VNeID for convenient and secure storage of personal information. However, occasionally, you may encounter situations where VNeID fails to download to your phone. Fret not, as I'll share immediate troubleshooting steps below.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Poor network connection can lead to VNeID software not downloading, which is understandable. Try accessing your device's Settings > Go to the Wi-Fi section > Here, try toggling the Wi-Fi feature on/off or connect to a different network and see how it goes. After completing this, reopen the VneID app.

2. Restart Your Phone
Here, I'm using an iPhone to guide everyone on how to restart. Hold the volume up + power button, choose slide to power off, then hold the power button to turn it back on. That's how you restart your iPhone. Give it a try.

3. Disable Low Power Mode
When you enable Low Power Mode, your phone switches to power-saving mode, limiting some features and performance. Occasionally, this feature may impact people in terms of app downloads. Go to Settings > Choose Battery > Turn off Low Power Mode, and you're good to go.

So, I've shared about the issue of not being able to download VNeID and effective troubleshooting. Hope the article is helpful. If you find it useful, share and comment below to exchange more ideas together.
