Having personally experienced fertility struggles due to previous miscarriages, I embarked on a journey of research and experimentation to enhance our chances of conception. Here, I outline specific insights that may offer hope and guidance to others navigating similar difficulties:
Greetings to all parents-to-be! Today, I wish to share our family's story in the hope that it may offer solace and direction to those enduring similar trials.
As someone who has faced challenges in conceiving, particularly due to a history of miscarriages, I underwent a period of medical treatment and encountered numerous obstacles along the way. Through diligent research and personal experimentation, I've gleaned valuable insights aimed at facilitating the journey to parenthood. It is my fervent desire that these learnings prove beneficial to couples struggling to conceive and awaiting their bundle of joy:
My spouse and I consumed these two dishes approximately 2-3 months prior to attempting conception, twice a week. These dishes are:
- Porridge made from brown rice cooked with powdered milk, salt, and fat
- Tough chicken porridge cooked with collard greens
My wife's dietary regimen:
-Consume 1-2 durians daily.
-Take one vitamin E tablet daily after breakfast to facilitate egg maturation and prolong viability.
In addition, pay attention to the following:
-In cases of irregular menstruation, consider undergoing an egg examination. Begin examination two days after the end of menstruation. Typically, ovulation occurs on the 14th day counting from the first day of the previous menstrual cycle.
-For regular menstrual cycles, engage in intercourse seven days before the estimated ovulation day, then abstain. Resume intercourse one day before ovulation day and on ovulation day itself.
For instance, if the projected ovulation day is July 15th, engage in intercourse in the days leading up to July 8th. Abstain thereafter until July 14th, then resume intercourse on July 15th.
-After intercourse, the wife should lie still, with her buttocks elevated on a high pillow and legs raised for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to an hour post-coitus.
-Maintain this position for 4-5 days thereafter to facilitate optimal fallopian tube expansion and embryo descent into the uterus.
-During these days, the wife should wear comfortable, loose-fitting underwear and pants to avoid constriction that could damage the fetus or hinder implantation. Tight clothing can constrict the fallopian tubes and may lead to ectopic pregnancy if the embryo cannot descend into the uterus.
-Maintain mild warmth in the body and avoid exposure to cold temperatures.
The husband's dietary regimen:
-Consume plenty of blood clams, abalones, beef, and drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
-Avoid alcohol, beer, cigarettes, tea, coffee, and other stimulants as well as heat-inducing substances. Avoid hot baths. A little red wine may be permissible if the craving for alcohol is intense!!!
-Take one vitamin E tablet daily after breakfast (45 days before planning to conceive - i.e., 45 tablets or 60 days - i.e., 60 tablets). This helps improve the longevity of the husband's X..Y.
-Take one zinc tablet daily after lunch (30 days before planning to conceive - i.e., 30 tablets or 45 days - i.e., 45 tablets). This helps enhance the agility and motility of the husband's X..Y.
Wishing all the ladies success!
