- Enter the full name or @username of that user.

Upload video to Twitter
To upload and Tweet a video on Twitter.com, follow the steps below:
Click the Tweet button.
Click Add media.
Select the video file stored on your computer.
Click Open. Twitter will notify you if your video is not supported. The maximum allowed file size for videos is 512MB.
In the Edit window, trim the length of your selected video to between 1 and 30 seconds.
Click Done.
Click Tweet to share your message and video.
5. Watching videos on Twitter
On the timeline and on Twitter, original videos, GIFs, Periscopes (on iOS), and Vines play automatically.
6. Disable autoplay of videos on Twitter
