Find “msconfig.” Open the start menu and search for “msconfig.” The program should appear.

Initiate MsConfig. Upon finding the program in the search results, double-click it, then navigate to the “Start Up” tab.
Adjust the settings promptly. Deselect the checkboxes for “NNSvsc” and “nntray.exe” to modify the settings.
Reboot your computer. After unchecking the “NNSvsc” and “nntray.exe” boxes, restart your computer. Net Nanny should now be deactivated.
Test a blocked site. Open your web browser and try to visit a previously restricted website. You should now have access to it.
Method 4: Overcoming Net Nanny with a Proxy Site
Visit a proxy website. Open your browser and navigate to a proxy site like bypassblocks.com. These sites are designed to help you access restricted content.
Input the details for the blocked site you want to reach. Enter the blocked site's address as prompted on the proxy site. Then, press enter.

Attempt to reach the blocked site. Bypassblocks.com should now grant you access to the desired site. Keep in mind that there might be limitations in functionality.
