Step 1: Add Toolbar options to streamline operations on your computer by right-clicking on the Taskbar and selecting Desktop to quickly access files and folders outside the Desktop.
Step 2: To quickly access data, click on the >> icon as shown below and select the application, file, or folder you want to open outside the screen. Alternatively, open files or folders in the drive by clicking on Computer and selecting the drive.
Alternative Method: You can create a separate folder for quick access to essential data.
- Right-click on the Taskbar -->Toolbars -->New toolbar...
- Locate the folder containing the data you need quick access to and press Select Folder (Here, Mytour selects the Mytour folder on drive D).
- Once the folder name appears on the Taskbar, to quickly access data within this folder, click on the >> icon and then click on the file or folder you want to open.
