1. Direct Data Search on Google Sheets Document
If you've identified the correct file to search for data, searching will be streamlined and efficient.
Step 1: Open your Google Sheets document and select Edit => Find and Replace (Ctrl + H) to open the tool.

Step 2: In the Find and Replace dialog box, enter the keyword you want to search for in the Find section.

Step 3: Additionally, below you'll find some other settings to enhance your search efficiency on the spreadsheet. Specific search expansion features include:
- Search: Choose the location to search for data, search within each page, selected range, or all pages
- Expand: Search modes include character, content, etc.
Depending on your search needs, choose the appropriate mode to get accurate results.

Step 4: Once you've finished setting up, select Find to start searching for words on the spreadsheet based on the entered keywords. After clicking Find, the selection box in Google Sheets automatically moves to cells containing data matching what you entered.

Step 5: Additionally, you can also replace the searched data with a new word as needed. For example: In this case, Mytour will change from Carrot to Cà rốt to make it more Vietnamese.
Simply enter the word you want to change in the Replace with (1) section and select Replace (2).

Step 6: Finally, simply select OK to confirm replacing all the searched keywords on the spreadsheet.

Step 7: There you go, you have successfully changed the searched keywords on Google Sheets.

2. Indirect Data Search on Google Drive
If you want to search for some keywords but can't remember them in which Sheets document, just remember that they have been uploaded to Google Drive, do the following:
Step 1: Access the homepage of Google Drive containing the document with the data you need to search for keywords.

Step 2: Next, enter the data into the search box using the following syntax:

Step 3: Google Drive will begin searching through all Sheets files and filter out the Sheets files containing that keyword. To check, simply double-click on the document to open it.

Step 4: Cells containing the searched data will be highlighted in yellow by Google Drive, making them stand out on the screen.
