Step 1 : Launch the Google Drive app that you've downloaded and installed on your device. On the app interface, press
Next, select the Scan option to scan documents using your phone or tablet with this app.
Step 2 : The app system will prompt you to allow access to your device's Camera. Press Allow to proceed.
Navigate to the Camera interface and proceed to scan the document with your phone. Capture this document to continue.
Step 3 : After capturing this document, the system will generate a scanned image as shown below. However, this is only a portion of the document. You need to press the Crop icon as depicted below.
Afterward, sequentially stretch the document range that you want to scan on your phone or tablet.
Step 4 : Once you've selected the document range in the image, press the Confirm icon at the bottom of the screen to complete capturing and scanning the document with your phone.

Step 5 : If you want to restore the color of the scanned document, press the 3-dot icon at the top right of the screen, choose the Color feature.
The system will restore the colors displayed in the document we scanned earlier.
Step 6 : To save the result after capturing and scanning the document with your phone, press the confirm icon once again.
Immediately, the photo will be saved in the Google Drive app that you logged into previously.
