So today, I'll share some quick and simple keyboard shortcuts for formatting items in Word that will undoubtedly help you a lot in your work and studies.
Quick Guide to Formatting Items in Word
To swiftly adjust the formatting of items, follow these steps carefully.
Step 1: Press Ctrl + A to select all text.

Step 2: Press Ctrl + H to open the Find and Replace dialog box > then in the Find What box, enter ^13*: > Move the mouse cursor to the Replace With box > Click More > >

Step 3: Check Use Wildcards > Select Format > Choose Font to proceed.

Step 4: The Replace Font dialog box appears > In the Font Style section (select the formatting style you desire) > Size section (choose your preferred font size) or select additional options > Then press OK.

Step 5: Then click Replace All.

Step 6: This is the result.
