Step 2: If you just installed and logged in to Zalo on the new phone, some access permission requests will appear. Press Allow and Agree .
Step 3: In the Zalo workspace, tap Add below the menu bar. Then, press Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Select the Backup and Restore messages section. In the next screen, click on the Restore messages line below.
Step 5: The system will confirm once again. Now press the Restore messages button. The restoration process begins within a few minutes, depending on the number of messages to restore. After completion, the screen will display a restart app request. Press Continue .
