Efficiently Save AutoCAD Drawings, Export to PDF, JPG, PNG with Precision

AutoCAD drawings are commonly stored in DWG format, exclusively accessible by AutoCAD or specialized software.

Step 1: Open the drawing in AutoCAD 2007 or later, then press Ctrl+P, and the print window will appear.

In the printer name section, choose one of the following options: DWG To PDF,

Publish ToWeb JPG, or Publish ToWeb PNG.

For example, if I want to convert to JPG format, I'll select Publish ToWeb JPG.

Step 2: You can choose the image resolution in the Paper size section, then press Preview to preview the image.

Step 3: If you're satisfied with the image, click on the print icon in the top corner of the screen.

Step 4: A new window will appear, choose where to save the file, name the file, then press Save.

And thus, we have successfully saved the AutoCAD file as JPG:
