1. Guide to Checking Residency Information on VNeID
Step 1: Start by accessing the VNeID app => Navigate to the Document Wallet section at the bottom of the interface.

To use the VneID electronic identity app instead of a household registration book, citizens need to visit the police station to register for a Level 2 electronic identity account. After activating this app, citizens can log in to perform online public services that previously required the household registration book.
