Among the key characters in the Arcane series, Viktor stands alone without a skin inspired by the show.
On the evening of 07/12 (Vietnam time), Riot released three new skins for Ekko, Gnar, and Rek'Sai. Among them, Ekko will receive a skin related to the Arcane series called Firelight. Gnar and Rek'Sai will get Elderwood skins, part of the Elderwood universe with champions like Nocturne, Ornn, and Ahri. Annie will also make an appearance in this skin release, but she won't have a new skin; instead, her Gothic Annie skin's splash art will be updated.

Thus, Ekko becomes the next main character, following Jayce, Vi, Caitlyn, and Jinx, to receive a skin tied to the cinematic Arcane series recently introduced by Riot. With Ekko now having a dedicated skin, Viktor becomes the unexpected 'Riot's neglected child' as the last main character from the Arcane series without a related skin. Excluding Heimerdinger, as this Yordle champion is more of a supporting actor in the series.

The League of Legends community is puzzled as, until now, the figures crucial to the Zaun vs. Piltover conflict, intimately tied to the Hextech technology's evolution, all have skins. Yet, the scientist Viktor remains neglected, trapped in the same fate as portrayed in the series.

The blockbuster Arcane stands as Riot's successful initial step in crafting a cinematic universe for the entire Runeterra realm. Riot plans to follow up with a second part to this series, captivating not only the global League of Legends community but also attracting outsiders who decide to delve into LoL after experiencing this series.
Regarding Viktor, it's likely that in the future, the champion will also have a skin tied to the Arcane series. The delay in releasing an Arcane-themed skin for Viktor is perhaps due to the significant visual changes the character undergoes compared to others in the series. Riot probably wants Viktor's new skin to harmonize with his existing skins rather than deviate too far from his current appearances in League of Legends.
