Step 1: Log in to your account on BIDV's Internet Banking, then select Payment.
Step 2: Choose Bill Payment, then enter the following details:
- Account number or credit card number
- Service type: Select Electricity Bill
- Service provider: Choose the relevant EVN option.
- Enter the customer code.
Step 3: Select Next and then choose Execute to make the payment, following the instructions provided for a successful transaction.

Paying electricity bills via iPay Vietinbank is not limited to major cities; users can also perform this transaction in many provinces and cities nationwide.
Step 1: Login to iPay Vietinbank -> select Bill Payment -> choose Transaction -> select Electricity Bill.
Step 2: Enter the correct Customer Code -> choose Accept (the customer code can be found on the electricity bill or received via SMS from the power company).
Step 3: Select the billing cycle to be paid into your account. Information about the amount due is displayed in both text and numerical formats. If you have multiple unpaid billing cycles -> a list will be presented for you to choose from.
Step 4: Confirm the transaction information by reviewing the entered details -> choose Accept.
Step 5: Finally, enter the received OTP password -> choose Accept and follow the instructions to complete the electricity bill payment.
3.3. Paying electricity bills through Agribank
If you have an Agribank payment account, you can use Internet Banking to pay your electricity bills with the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to Agribank online -> Select Bill Payment under Payment.
Step 2: Enter the payment details to settle your electricity bill.
- Debit account: Choose an account from the payment account list
- Select the payment service type as electricity
- Choose the service provider: EVN
- Next, enter the Customer Code.
Afterward, click Continue to proceed with the transaction.

Note: Similarly, if you want to pay your electricity bill through MB Bank, Vietcombank, Techcombank, etc., you can access your registered Internet Banking/Mobile Banking account and follow the on-screen instructions for payment.
4. Paying electricity bills through banks using ATM cards
With this method, users only need the ATM card from the 11 banks introduced at the beginning. Simply go to the ATM, insert the card, and use the transaction slot.
