Homeowner's Requirements for the 2-Story 8x12m House Design
Mr. Hoang's land measures 96m2 with a width of 8m and length of 12m. Considering building a new house, he leans towards a blend of medieval, neoclassical, and modern styles, avoiding excessive intricacies. His envisioned 2-story house will feature a breezy Thai-style roof. The first floor will host a garage, living room, dining area, and one bedroom. The second floor will accommodate three bedrooms, a communal activity room, and an entertainment area. As per his wishes, all bedrooms will have private bathrooms, with practical and fully-equipped furnishings.
The estimated cost for this 8x12m 2-story house design is around 2.3 to 2.5 billion VND.
Overview of the 8x12m neoclassical 2-story house design
Responding to Mr. Hoang's preferences, ST Decor architects conducted a survey of the land and devised a plan. The overall design of the 2-story Thai-style house is harmonious and modern. Square pillars on both floors create a balanced look, while the main support pillars form an elegant canopy at the entrance, ensuring stability and sophistication for the entire house.
The ridges, carefully designed to run uniformly with the reasonable convex-concave architecture at each position, contribute to the overall model's special allure. In front of the house, three-tiered steps and the main hall are adorned with natural yellow marble, complemented by flower beds running along the house, creating a light and tranquil atmosphere.
The 8x12m Thai-style house design in shades of brown and red exudes a sharp aesthetic with a steep slope, contributing to a well-balanced and harmonious overall structure. We've incorporated a decorative wrought iron railing system, electrostatically painted in black, coupled with a predominantly white color scheme, leaving a lasting impression on the house.
The white tone of the walls in the 2-story 8x12m house design, combined with the porcelain white hue of the steel-core plastic door, enhances the elegance of the residence.

First Floor of the 8x12m 2-Story Classic Design House
The front facade of the house is almost divided into two sections in a harmonious ensemble. The left space is designated for parking, while the living room occupies the right side. These two areas are separated by a sliding steel-core plastic door, greatly enhancing convenience in movement.
In the middle corner of the first floor of the 8x12m 2-story house design is the staircase leading to the second floor. Opposite the skylight is the family dining area for five, adjacent to a fully furnished and modern kitchen. Exiting the rear of the house leads to the shared hygiene space for the entire floor.
Opposite the kitchen is a small bedroom specially designed in the left corner for Mrs. Hoang. As per the request, the bedroom features an enclosed bathroom. Given its design for an older occupant, the bedroom is located on the first floor to minimize unnecessary movement, considering the health of the occupant.
Second Floor of Mr. Hoang's 96m2 2-Story Thai-Style House
The second floor of the 96m2 2-story house design is the private space of Mr. Hoang's small family. Ascending the first staircase, you can spot the entertainment room, uniquely positioned in the left corner with an open view balcony, catering to the family's love for karaoke. The main bedroom for the couple is situated adjacent to the entertainment room and faces the balcony. The 16m2 room integrates a modern en-suite bathroom with glass shower walls and premium toilet and sink. Next to the couple's room is the communal living space with complete TV equipment, bookshelves, and reading area neatly arranged.
Opposite the left side of the living room is the bedroom of the two daughters. Both rooms have convenient en-suite bathrooms for their individual use and activities.
The skylight system is designed near the staircase, and beneath the skylight on the first floor, there's a beautiful arrangement of small green landscapes. The second-floor front balcony system as well as the rear yard are both landscaped with natural scenery, making the house design quite picturesque, captivating, and visually appealing from the very first glance.
