Method:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients:
After washing and drying the beef, cut it into small pieces and marinate with a mixture of broth seasoning and oyster sauce for about 10 minutes.
Trim off the roots of the chives, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into sections.
Peel and clean the carrots, then cut them into small strips.

- Heat up a pan with oil, sauté garlic until fragrant with a bit of cooking oil in the pan, then transfer to a small bowl. Next, add the rice noodles to the pan with some oil and transfer to a plate.
