Ingredients:
– 200g salmon fillet
– 2 passion fruits
– 100ml of fresh unsweetened milk
– Minced garlic
– Seasonings: olive oil, peanut butter, salt, sugar, bouillon, ground pepper, etc.
Preparation:
– Cut the passion fruit in half, scoop out the pulp using a spoon, strain through a sieve, and add 1 tablespoon of passion fruit seeds to the strained juice.
– Clean the salmon, soak it in 100ml of unsweetened milk to remove the fishy smell, marinate the fish with 1/3 teaspoon of bouillon and a pinch of ground pepper.

Prepare the delightful Pan-Seared Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce:
Boil passion fruit juice with 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of distilled water, and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat.

Brush olive oil onto the pan (regular cooking oil works too), wait for it to heat up, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Once the garlic turns golden, add the salmon to the pan and cook over low heat until evenly golden.
During the pan-searing process, to enhance the aroma and flavor of the salmon, you can add a sprig of fresh thyme or thyme powder to the pan.

Transfer the salmon onto a plate and drizzle the passion fruit sauce on top. Enjoy the Pan-Seared Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce with sautéed asparagus, fried potatoes, or salad. This recipe works wonders with tuna, basa fish, chicken breasts, and pork ribs as well.
