How to make Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Mushrooms:
– Peel and devein the shrimp, remove the heads, and cut into small pieces. Cut the Enoki mushrooms, wash Shiitake mushrooms in cold water, and cut into 1cm slices. Soak the Shiitake mushrooms until they expand, then cut them into small pieces. Chop the green onions finely.
