1. Pre-seat selection service:

Service purchase time: Passengers can purchase during booking or at least 03 hours before departure for domestic flights and 06 hours before departure for international flights.

Types of seats:

– Exclusive Seats: Located between the business class and economy class cabins, only available on the B787 aircraft. These seats are wider than economy seats on the B787, suitable for long flights.

– Seats near Emergency Exits: These are seats aligned with the emergency exits on the aircraft (not for sale and only selectable during airport check-in to ensure safety).

– Front Standard Seats: Standard seats in the economy cabin and located in the center of the aircraft.

– Standard Seats: The remaining standard seats in the economy cabin. Selecting these seats will not incur any fees.

Applicable Passengers: Passengers eligible for pre-seat selection, free or paid, depending on the fare class as follows:

• Economy Flex/Business Smart/Business Flex fares: Free seat selection.
• Economy Saver Max/Economy Saver/Economy Smart fares: Paid seat selection.

Important:

– Adult passengers traveling with infants (under 2 years old) are not eligible for pre-seat selection on the flight.

– If passengers have pre-purchased seats, they will lose their seats during online check-in.

– For safety reasons or to meet operational requirements, Bamboo Airways reserves the right to change seating assignments for any passenger.

• The airline changes aircraft, flight times, or flight numbers.
• Passengers voluntarily change their tickets.

The airline will reassign seats that are suitable and equivalent to the seats purchased by the passengers.

2. Additional Baggage Purchase Service

Service Purchase Time: Passengers can purchase during booking or at least 03 hours before departure for domestic flights and 05 hours before departure for international flights.

Baggage Packages: Passengers can purchase or upgrade the weight of checked baggage according to the following levels: 10 kgs; 20 kgs; 25 kgs; 30 kgs; 40 kgs, as follows:

• Economy Saver Max class can be purchased from the 20kgs package.
• Other classes can be purchased from the 10kgs package.

Bamboo Airways has limitations on the number, weight, and size of baggage as follows:

Baggage Piece Limit:

• Baggage from 10kg to 25kg: Maximum 01 piece.
• Baggage from 30kg to 40kg: Maximum 02 pieces.
• Baggage from 50kg to 70kg: Maximum 03 pieces.
• Baggage from 75kg: Maximum 04 pieces.

Baggage Weight/Size Limit: Each checked baggage piece has a maximum weight of 32kg (70lb) and/or a maximum total dimension (length + width + height) not exceeding 203 cm.

3. Business Lounge Service

Service Purchase Time: Passengers can book to use the business lounge service during booking or at least 03 hours before departure.

The following airports provide business lounge service according to the table below:

- Business lounge service includes lounge access, excluding priority services and airport shuttle services as for business class passengers.

– Passengers are served and can use complimentary services at the lounge for a maximum of 3 hours.
