Recalling the recent events, on April 25th, Elon Musk made an offer of $54.20 per share, totaling $43 billion to take the social media platform traded on the U.S. stock market private. However, due to disagreements regarding the issue of bot and fake account ratios on Twitter, Musk attempted to back out of the deal five times, resulting in Twitter's leadership filing a lawsuit against the billionaire in Delaware state court.
